Staff Performance Evaulations

Please accept this reminder of the deadline for submission of staff performance evaluation and planning documents, covering the period of June 1, 2013-May 31, 2014.

Human Resources expects the receipt of all staff evaluations no later than June 13, 2014, but departments/divisions may have internal deadlines, so employees should check with their supervisor. Completion of the document and the correlated discussion are key initial steps in the merit increase process which began in late May for most departments.

All staff members were directed to use the new evaluation document as communicated earlier this year, as it was updated to align performance indicators with definitions . Please use the new form from this point forward. (Some exceptions apply; check with your supervisor). To support the University’s sustainability endeavors, all are encouraged to provide the original completed document in a two-sided format.
