1. Who is eligible to lease a home in Faculty housing?A full-time employee who teaches under contract or has administrative duties or a combination of the two may live in faculty housing. A person who retired from teaching or administration and participates in a Baylor retirement plan is also eligible.
2. What is the lease term?
Minimum of twelve (12) months.
3. How big are the homes for lease and how many bedrooms and bathrooms do they have?

4. How much is the monthly lease payment?
Lease payments for homes in Faculty housing range from $900.00 per month to $1,600.00 per month. Using an average you can estimate that the average home will lease for $1,200 - $1,300 per month.
5. Who is responsible for utility payments and connections?
The lessee is responsible for any connection / disconnection fees associated with initiating service. All utilities are the responsibility of the lessee.

6. Are pets allowed?
Yes, however a refundable pet deposit is required when the lease agreement is signed.
