| Description | The Baylor Business Network of Fort Worth's Career Advancement Network, BU CAN, presents Trey deMoville (MS '04) of Cross Group, a business consulting company in Fort Worth. Trey will provide effective resume and cover letter presentation tips, strategies for networking, and other career search resources. With his expertise in professional development and recruiting, he will provide an insider's perspective to help Baylor alumni in navigating the job market. Alumni will have the opportunity to connect with other Baylor alumni who are also in the midst of a career search to share ideas, network, and provide support. Trey deMoville has more than five years experience in higher education. He has spent several years working with students and professionals to help them develop their professional skills. Trey has experience with curriculum design, as well as conducting training for individuals and different size groups. He has worked with companies designing recruitment, retention, and development programs for millennial employees. Trey has his Masters in Education from Baylor and his BA from Angelo State University.
