1. Can I live in the ENT LLC all four years at Baylor?
Yes! You even can live in the same room all four years, if you choose.
2. Must I be an entrepreneurship major to live in the ENT LLC?
No! The ENT LLC is open to all majors.
3. Can I pick my roommate?
Sure! Just follow the instructions in the application process.
4. Can I pick my room layout?
Absolutely! Several room layouts are available and options include kitchens and single rooms. Of course, the sooner you apply and are admitted, the better your chances of getting the room layout you want.
5. Is the ENT LLC open during the summer?
Unfortunately, the North Village is used only for registered students taking summer school classes. However, the North Village is open during the Christmas holidays and spring break while other residence halls are closed at these times.
6. Are freshmen allowed in the ENT LLC?
Yes! Freshmen are encouraged to become a part of the ENT LLC. The North Village is closed to freshmen except for those in the LLCs. All other residents will be upperclassmen.
7. Is AirBear in the ENT LLC?
AirBear, Baylor's wireless internet access, is not available in all suites in the North Village, though it is generally accessible in the central lobby of each floor. However, there is access to ResNet, a high speed Ethernet connection to the internet, alongside cable television access, in each room of each North Village suite. Campus Living & Learning has worked hard to ensure that all internet access in the North Village is state of the art.
8. How much more does it cost to live in the North Village than the regular residence halls?
Because of the great difference in facilities, it is more expensive to live in the North Village than other residence halls. However, when you take into account all the benefits from living in the ENT LLC, the extra cost is more than worth it! Prices and comparison lists are on Campus Living & Learning's website at http://www.baylor.edu/cll/index.php?id=36891.
9. When is the application deadline?
Applications are accepted starting in the fall. The sooner you apply the better. Rooms are limited and once they are filled, a waiting list will begin.
