An important element of the ENT-LLC is the cohort class ENT3301, which will center on concept development, managing change, and business modeling. You will be encouraged to engage experts from a wide range of disciplines, who will provide insight as you define your own personal and professional goals and learn how to achieve extraordinary results. You will also form teams to investigate unmet needs on the Baylor campus and complete business models that will fill those needs. Because the ENT-LLC is designed for all disciplines, the opportunity to work together should encourage high levels of creativity and create a challenging environment which will foster superior levels of performance. The cohort class is required of all students entering the ENT-LLC and must be completed during the first semester of the student's first year of residency.
