An important element of the ENT-LLC is the cohort class, which will center on leadership, managing change, and planning. It will be conducted in an unconventional format. You will have the opportunity to meet experts from a wide range of disciplines including performing arts, industrial design and music. The course will also include a significant creative project, decided upon and implemented by students. Because the ENT-LLC is designed for all disciplines, the opportunity to work together should encourage high levels of creativity and create a challenging environment which will foster superior levels of performance. The cohort class is required of all students entering the ENT-LLC and must be completed during one of the two semesters of the student's first year of residency.
