An important element of the ENT-LLC is the cohort class ENT3301, which will center on concept development, managing change, and business modeling. You will be encouraged to engage experts from a wide range of disciplines, who will provide insight as you create your personal life/business/career plan. You will also form teams to investigate unmet needs on the Baylor campus and complete business models that will fill those needs. Because the ENT-LLC is designed for all disciplines, the opportunity to work together should encourage high levels of creativity and create a challenging environment which will foster superior levels of performance. The cohort class is required of all students entering the ENT-LLC and must be completed during the first semester of the student's first year of residency.
