Education
Mona M. Choucair, Lecturer, received her Ph.D. from Baylor University in 2000 and her Masters Degree from the University of Dallas, where she pursued an interdisciplinary degree in the Humanities. She did her undergraduate at Baylor University as well. Mona's teaching interests are in American literature with an emphasis on contemporary women writers. She enjoys a dual teaching appointment in the Baylor Education department, where she works with student teacher candidates. Currently, Mona is working on a guidebook for educators on teaching Toni Morrison's novels at the secondary school level.
