Baylor Buddies is a partnership between Baylor University and Communities in School (CIS). Through the program, Baylor students serve as mentors to children in the Waco Independent School District. Children range in age from early elementary school through middle school. Baylor Buddies allows Baylor students to act as positive role models, develop relationships with children in the community, and mature as leaders.

Children and their Baylor Buddies participate in a variety of activities throughout the academic year such as attending a Baylor basketball game or spending the day at the Cameron Park Zoo!
