Health Services

Baylor University Health Services provides comprehensive health services to Baylor University undergraduate and graduate students. Baylor faculty and staff are welcome to come to the Health Center to receive necessary immunizations for travel.

The University Student Health Center monitors Texas Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control public information and oversight on numerous public health detection on outbreaks relating to foodborne diseases involving pathogens like botulism, Escherichia coli O157:H7, salmonella, shigella, and listeria. Occasionally an outbreak of illness or disease caused by agents, viruses or bacteria like mumps, meningitis, or influenza may occur.

Students are reminded to be alert for health updates and information in their residence halls, from their community leader or hall director, and to contact the Health Center for information.Read More
