Jake Maxwell, Resident Chaplain
Hey friends! I am pumped about living life with you this coming year. For me it's live in "KOKE," or "NOT" live at all. But on a serious note from my heart of hearts I would like to send a welcoming "Sic 'em Bears" to you all!
I lived in the residence halls for three exciting years at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR where I played on the soccer team and studied theology. But now, I cannot wait for everyone to move into Kokernot in August. Life on campus is a formative part of college and building a strong community in the residential communities can make that experience even better.
I drink a lot of coffee, watch more movies than I read books, and love to do anything outside or active. I am a laid back guy who just wants to hang out with you! As Resident Chaplain, I will be eating, sleeping, studying, playing, and even doing my laundry at K-Not with all of you, so if you need anything at all, let me know!
