We are thrilled by your interest in an Engaged Learning Group (ELG). Please read the instructions carefully before you begin the application:
- Download the essay document (Word) below. Write your essay response inside the Word document. Save this file on your computer.
- You will be prompted in the application to upload your essay response at the end of the application. You will need to complete the essay before completing the online application.
- Return to the website when ready to complete the online application. Once you have thoughtfully completed the essay, click on the Apply Now! link and complete the ELG online application. You must have a valid Bear_ID to apply for an ELG. If you need help activating your Bear_ID, please visit http://www.baylor.edu/its/newstudents/.

Please download the appropriate essay document below (Word format) and write your essay. You will be prompted in the application to upload your essay response at the end of the application. When you download the document, you will need to open the file in Microsoft Word.
