Student organization sponsored booths are back this year and will make up the Diadeloso Carnival! After last year's successful run of this several-decades-silent tradition, booths have already taken their place as a huge component of the day. Any student organization can sign-up to run a booth.
Organization GuidelinesEach organization will be allowed to run an already existing booth or can choose to be responsible for coming up with their own idea for a booth. Groups will work with Chamber to find ways of meeting financial needs.
Booths should remain open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Set-up and tear-down should occur before and after the area's opening and closing.
Groups may accept donations at their booths, but may not charge a mandatory fee for participation.
Chamber will be responsible for providing all necessary tables, chairs, electrical hook-ups, and other logistical support for the booth. Additionally, Chamber will provide assistance in working with outside vendors and on-campus departments including, but not limited to, Risk Management, Student Life, General Council, Dining Services, and Facility Services.
