the Sandvalls.

Three Baylor graduates, three current Baylor students. Five
pre-med majors, one business major. Two Baylor2 Medical Track recipients, six President's Scholarship recipients and 27 scholarships in all.

By the numbers, the six Sandvall children—Brittany, Bryce, Brinkley, Brooklyn, Barcleigh and Breck—are quite impressive. But every one of them will tell you that they owe their accomplishments to supportive families—the Sandvall family and the Baylor family.

"My siblings and I, while similar, are also very independent. We love each other and have grown together through our shared experiences at Baylor," oldest sibling Brittany (BS '02) said. "Baylor has provided each of us with a nurturing environment as our first official home away from home."

"One of the main reasons I chose Baylor was that family has always been a big part of my life," said Breck, who is a pre-med and engineering major interested in the field of robotic surgery. "I heard great things about Baylor from all my siblings. When Baylor paired me up with scholarships, especially the Scott Ratcliff Memorial Pre-med Scholarship, it opened doors for me and allowed me to come to Baylor."

In order to fund their educations, the Sandvalls relied heavily on scholarship support from the Baylor family.

"I wouldn't, or all six of us, wouldn't have been able to come to Baylor if it were not for the endowed scholarship program and the donors," Barcleigh, a pre-med major who plans to be a surgeon, said.

"Not even one of us," added Brooklyn, a pre-med major.

"And now five out of the six of us are going to be doctors, one of us is a businessperson, and we are all going somewhere. We are going to accomplish a lot and it is because of these donors," Barcleigh continued.

"My Baylor degree means the world to me," said Bryce (BBA '05). "We will always have strong Baylor ties whether it be to the people or the education.
