The mission of Baylor Delegates is to serve the Office of Admission Services in recruiting prospective students, educating them on the opportunities at Baylor University and sharing the spirit of our campus community.
Across America, colleges and universities are becoming increasingly more competitive as they seek to attract the highest quality students who are academically prepared and exhibit leadership potential. Baylor, like other major universities, faces this same challenge as it works to maintain a well-prepared and diversified student body.
To meet this challenge Baylor is utilizing its increasing network of alumni, parents, and other friends of Baylor.
Baylor Delegates are instrumental in shaping each new incoming class of Baylor Bears. These trained volunteers recruit prospective students for Baylor University, serving as a direct extension of the Office of Admission Services in their local communities.
