Baylor university currently has a basic-level site license to use ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS) software.
The ESRI site license is managed by the Center for Spatial Research. By the terms of Baylor's license agreement with ESRI, proprietary ESRI software can only be installed by CSR on computers or PDAs that are owned by Baylor University.
ESRI's ArcGIS Explorer software is a free downloadable application that is available to anyone who has a Windows machine (Windows 2000, 2003, Vista, XP).
