Repairing/troubleshooting


For technology repair and troubleshooting, start by calling the Helpdesk at 710-4357. They can either help you, or connect you to the person who will be most able to help. If they cannot help you immediately, they will enter a Help ticket (also called a HEAT ticket) for you so that the appropriate person can get in touch with you as soon as he/she becomes available.
