Our students need strong support in their attempts to find meaningful employment. This website is a prime avenue to access that information in an effective and efficient manner. Our staff stands ready to assist Baylor students and alumni with their career related needs.

We offer seven job fairs and a multitude of workshops to maintain and/or improve upon our effectiveness as a service provider in every way that we can. Additionally, we offer multiple online resources, along with a professional development program that further enhances the participants' chances of success in their internship or job search.

It is clearly evident to all our staff that students look to their parents and their professors for guidance, and thus the importance and value of the connections we have with both communities. We look forward to improving and increasing those connections. Additionally, we are increasing our efforts in employer development, providing measurable student learning outcomes, and expanding the services that we currently offer to students and employers.
