Got stress? Get still! These podcasts are for students who seek rest, renewal, and relaxation. Students are provided with guided instruction in relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness practices that have been shown to help reduce stress and tension.

These free screenings are made available to all Baylor University students, and are provided so that you may find out whether or not professional consultation would be helpful to you. Choose from screenings for alcohol, depression, eating disorders, generalized anxiety and other mental health concerns.
