Susan Cowley, past member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce and founder of the Talitha Koum Nurture Center's therapeutic nursery, will speak to the Division of Student Life about her experience within the evolving partnership between Baylor and the Waco Community.
