Chinese Magic in Loop Integrals=0D=0A=
By the use of Chinese Magic in the virtual loop integration variable for ISR in the process, the five point functions can be reduced to one scalar 5-point function and 4-,3-,2- point integrals. It is possible to eliminate radiation from one entire side of the charge line and simultaneously simplify the amplitude calculation with the above process. With the advent of LHC the desired precision tag for predicting QCD processes has reached 1%. The use of Chinese Magic helps achieve the required precision. (Based on B. F. L. Ward, Physical Review D 83, 113014 (2011))=0D=0A=

100 Billion Destinations: Determining the Average Number of Bound Planets per Milky Way Star=0D=0A=
When one distant star passes in front of another, it distorts the light of the more distant star through gravitational microlensing. If a planet is bound to the closer star, then the planet may distort the lensing event. This fact has been used to find a number of extrasolar planets. During this talk, a model of a microlensing survey’s detection sensitivity will be presented. Moreover, a discussion of a statistical analysis, employing this model, to determine an average number of planets per Milky Way star will be given. (Based on A. Cassan, et al., Nature 481, 167–169 (2012))=0D=0A=
