DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Baylor Alumni in the greater Denver area will gather for breakfast to hear Baylor alumni Cliff Stricklin '86.  In 20 years of shaping white collar and corporate fraud law, Cliff Stricklin has successfully tried some of the nation's largest, most complex U.S. Department of Justice cases. Mr. Stricklin's practice focuses on representing corporations, officers and executives against government inquiries as well as against private allegations of wrongdoing. While with the U.S. Department of Justice, he prosecuted some of the country’s most prominent white collar cases, including Enron and former Qwest CEO Joe Nacchio. Mr. Stricklin was also a key member of the Enron Task Force that tried and convicted former Enron executives Jeff Skilling and Ken Lay on conspiracy, securities fraud and insider trading charges.  He received his B.A. degree from Baylor in 1986 and his JD degree from Washington & Lee in 1991.  He is married to Robin, also a Baylor graduate, and they have two sons.=0D=0A=
