Mr. McCollum serves on the board of directors for Exterran Holdings, Inc., a global provider of full-service natural gas compression, as well as operations, maintenance, service and equipment for oil and gas production, processing and transportation applications. He is also chairman of the board for Houston’s Star of Hope Mission and is on the board of trustees for Houston’s The Center Foundation.  Mr. McCollum has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University. He is a certified public accountant in Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and Financial Executives International.=0D=0A=
