Blackberry Service Outage 02/03/12

Services delivered through the Baylor Blackberry Enterprise server for all Baylor-owned Blackberry devices will be down for system maintenance on Friday, February 3, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until Noon.

Blackboard/Faculty & Staff Email/Web Services Outage 01/25/12

Blackboard, email for faculty and staff, and some web services will be down briefly at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25 for system maintenance. The interruption in service will last approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

BearWeb, BearQuest & Banner Outage 01/16/12

Major systems including BearWeb, BearQuest and Banner will be down for required system maintenance at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 16. All services are expected to be restored by noon.

Trax Outage 01/13/12

Servers impacting the Trax financial system will be down over the weekend for maintenance beginning Friday evening, January 13 at 6:00 p.m. We expect the system to be available again on Monday, January 16 at 5:00 p.m.
