Farewell to the Freshmen Fifteen

College is a world of temptation. Hitting The Gym For Better Grades?

Students have heard it before: Take good notes. Study hard. Pay attention to the professor. It's the fail-safe formula for success in the classroom. While these techniques remain unquestioned, research shows exercising throughout the week can lead to higher grades. Perhaps our students should be hitting the gym in addition to hitting the books.

Lace Up Your Running Shoes!

Parents, alumni and friends are invited to join students and other runners in Student Foundation's 10th annual Bearathon and 5K run on March 24. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or prefer just to run for fun, your support will make a difference by raising funds for student scholarships. Partner with runners from around the nation to conquer the "Toughest Half-Marathon in Texas" while also changing the lives of students.
