A Weekend to Honor Parents

The Baylor spirit flooded Floyd Casey Stadium on September 24 as the Baylor Bears faced off against Rice. But at halftime, with a score of 35-7, there was even more to be excited about than the outstanding performance of our student-athletes.

It was time to honor a couple who have faithfully carried the torch of Baylor's rich legacy--the 2011 Baylor Parents of the Year.

Changes in Financial Aid...

Students receiving federal financial aid now must meet new requirements to remain eligible. Read on to learn what you need to know to encourage your student to remain in good academic standing and what help is available if academic struggles surface.

Answer a Call from a Baylor Student

We know that as a parent you already are an integral part of your student's Baylor experience. You understand the needs, cares and concerns of other parents. Please consider extending your support of Baylor students by making an annual gift to the Parents Fund. You have the opportunity to support current Baylor students by making a gift to one of the designations within the Parents Fund.

If you already have made a gift, thank you! If not, Baylor students in the University's Call Center are reaching out to parents and raising support for these important funds. A minimal gift is affordable and, coupled with gifts from other parents, can produce significant results.
