Background:

Professor Lee is an award winning film educator, screenwriter, and filmmaker.

She holds a MFA in Film Production from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, and a BA in Television Production from Bradley University’s Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts. She has worked for Miramax Films, Columbia Pictures, Wendy Finerman Productions, and ICM Partners.

As a film educator, Professor Lee was awarded Faculty of the Year from the Colorado Film School, in collaboration with Regis University; where she served as Chair and Associate Professor of the Bachelor of Fine Arts, Screenwriting, Production, and Theory program.

As a screenwriter and filmmaker, Professor Lee’s work has been inducted into the Library of Congress, and awarded at national and international film festivals. She teaches screenwriting and production and is currently writing, directing, producing several narrative and experimental feature films.
