Professor Schlueter joined the faculty at Baylor University in 1984. He has developed and taught numerous undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational communication, research methods, small group communication, change and communication, training and development, and interpersonal communication. He is the author of book chapters and peer-reviewed articles in journals including Journal of Applied Communication Research, Western Journal of Communication, Communication Studies, and Southern Communication Journal. Dr. Schlueter and his wife of twenty-five years, Jane, have three sons (Scott, Eric, Robert) and he enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling.
