Capture the Memories
The university provides an official photographer to photograph each graduate receiving a degree. Pictures are in color and different packages are available. Proof sheets and rates will be mailed to the graduate's permanent mailing address and e-mailed to the student's Baylor e-mail by Flash Photography, or you may contact Flash at 1-800-410-8070.
• GRADUATION DVD/VIDEOTAPE
Videotapes and DVDs of the Commencement ceremony and memorable scenes of the Baylor campus are available from Dub-L Tape, Inc.

The cost is $26.95 for one VHS or $45.95 for two VHSs.
The cost is $39.95 for one DVD $59.95 for two DVDs.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will require an additional $15 to cover costs.
Dub-L Tape will have a table in Ferrell Center concourse before and after the Commencement ceremony with order forms available.

• PERSONAL CAMERAS AND CAMCORDERS
Personal cameras and camcorders will be allowed for the Commencement exercise, but guests will not be allowed on the floor where the graduates are seated. The lower rows in section 104 are reserved for guests to come and go during the ceremony and photograph their graduates.
• THE OFFICIAL BAYLOR UNIVERSITY RING
Upon completing 75 hours, students may purchase the official Baylor University ring. Students may order from a variety of ring styles by mailing a completed ring application form to Balfour, calling Balfour at 1-800-542-8648, or ordering your ring in person during Ring Week, a week in the fall and spring semesters in which Balfour representatives are on campus to take orders. The fall Ring Ceremony will be Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in Waco Hall.

• YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION
Round Up, the Baylor yearbook, will be mailed the fall after spring or summer graduation to the permanent mailing address (continental U.S.) of those graduates who have purchased the book. To order a yearbook, e-mail the student's name and ID number to Round Up. If the permanent mailing address changes, write the Records Office at One Bear Place #97068, Waco, TX 76798-7068, or change the information through BearWeb. To pick up yearbooks from previous years, come to the Lariat advertising office, 226 Castellaw.
• BAYLOR BOOKSTORE
The Baylor Bookstore carries a full line of alumni and commencement memorabilia, including diploma frames, glassware, apparel and other gifts perfect for the graduating senior. During commencement ceremonies, the bookstore will have a kiosk at Ferrell Center.
