FILING FOR GRADUATION - CARDS/FORMS
Students who have met all of the requirements of their degree audits and wish to declare their intent to graduate in December must submit a graduation card / form in their respective dean's office. This also confirms how the graduate's name will appear on the diploma and in the commencement program. Students with financial holds on their accounts will not be able to request transcripts, but will be able to graduate.
If students are not sure if they have met all graduation requirements, they should consult the office of their academic dean as soon as possible. For your convenience, contact information is listed below.
