TRAVEL AND LODGING

SERVICES/ACCESS FOR DISABLED GUESTS
Ferrell Center is fully equipped for ADA needs. Guests needing handicap parking or curb-side drop-off should ask parking attendants for directions to the appropriate area of the parking lot. Guests in wheelchairs or with walkers, those needing additional time to move through the building, and guests who have trouble with stairs will want to arrive in sufficient time to avoid heavy crowds along the concourse.

SIGNING FOR HEARING IMPAIRED
Sign interpretation for graduates or guests with hearing impairments will be provided for the December commencement ceremony upon request. Contact the Commencement Event Manager at 254-710-8534 for seating information.

GUEST ATTIRE
Guests are encouraged to wear "Sunday" clothes, which might be interpreted for women as nice slacks and top, a pant suit or a dress. Men should wear nice slacks and a polo or button-up shirt, slacks and sport coat, or a suit and tie.

Guests are discouraged from wearing blue jeans, shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops.

GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests are askekd to help maintain the dignity of this ceremony. We understand and encouragre your show of appreciation for graduates, but we ask that guets refrain form loud, disruptive chering and use of any noise-making devices.
