Residential Technology Advisor
Residential Technology Advisors (RTAs) are the primary source of technical assistance for on-campus residents. RTAs support personal computers & technology, residential network, cable television, and telephone services via telephone troubleshooting, laptop drop-off and repair, and in-room appointments.

Advancement Opportunities
Current RTAs have the opportunity to become Senior RTAs and/or Summer RTAs. Both positions include added responsibility and the potential for hourly wage increases.
