About Me

What is it about being a Residence Hall Director that you enjoy the most?

I love getting to know my residents and my student staff. Watching them learn and grow throughout the year is truly rewarding and I'm proud to be a part of that process for them. I strongly believe in the unique opportunity faith-based institutions offer students to explore and better understand their faith through community, relationships, and coursework. It's a process I'm passionate about and excited to be a part of!

What is it about Waco that you enjoy the most?

Waco makes no apologies about being Waco, and that's what I love about it. When you really spend some time here, you see that Waco has so much to offer. My favorite spots are Cameron Park, the Farmer's Market, and Spice Village. I have found a fantastic church community here and love going with friends to explore the local flair that Waco has to offer.

What is your vision for your community?

Texana and North Village as a whole are continuously working towards being a thriving community for students who want an on-campus experience that is much more than simply living in a dorm room. These students are here to make connections and be supported by other students. My vision for Texana house is that the women here would feel that this is not just their place of residence, but their home, with people that care about them and are interested in helping them grow and learn.
