About Me

What do you enjoy most about being a Hall Director?

My favorite part about being a Hall Director is working with the Community Leaders. I have seventeen CLs on my staff, and I love that my job responsibilities include listening to their life stories, challenging them, praying with them, and encouraging them. Every time they're in my apartment watching a show together, at the front desk playing with my son, or stopping by to take my dog for a walk, I am reminded of how blessed I am to live life with such gifted student leaders.

Why do you choose to work at Baylor?

I choose to work at Baylor because the community among staff feels like family. I am encouraged in all aspects of my wellness, but I am especially thankful for the spiritual support. My family is embraced and welcomed into the community, which means the world to me. The students are incredibly talented, smart, and such a blessing to work with. It is so great to work for a university that not only supports students in their spiritual growth, but provides true academic rigor as well.
