What is the best part about your on-campus community?

The best part of Teal Residential College is the fact that time after time I have residents in my office talking about the difference this community has made on their time here at Baylor. This is a place where residents find community, friends to study with, friends that hold each other accountable, friends who have fun together and attend different events both within our residence hall and the campus wide events. This is a place where residents call it home.

What does authentic Christian community mean to you?

To me authentic Christian community means to be Christ centered, focusing on Him and through that opening up and welcoming those around us, to build relationships with each other in a safe and understanding environment.

What is your favorite part about being an RHD, Resident Chaplain, or FIR?

My favorite part about being an RHD is getting to spend time with my community leaders and residents. I really enjoy spending time at our front desk and talking with residents as they come into the lobby. I enjoy talking with them about anything and finding ways to support them in their time here at Baylor.
