To agree to the 2014-2015 Occupancy License in order to finalize your Fall 2014-Spring 2015 assignment, click here.
The Occupancy License is a legally-binding document. When a student signs it (either electronically or a hard copy), s/he is committing to living on campus for the timeframe indicated in the Occupancy License.
Freshmen who live in Brooks Residential College, Honors Residential College, and Teal Residential College are under a two-year Occupancy License, which is a two-year commitment to living within their respective community.
If a student has a question regarding the Occupancy License, s/he should contact the Campus Living & Learning office at Living_Learning@baylor.edu prior to signing it.
