The Leadership Living-Learning Center (LEAD-LLC) is one of the three programs of the Academy for Leader Development & Civic Engagement. In the LEAD-LLC, students live in Allen (men) or Dawson (women) Residence Halls with others who have a similar interest in leadership.

Living and learning happen together. When experiences from the classroom flow into the residence hall and when residence hall experiences influence classroom interactions and discussions, a student's college experience is enhanced.
