For upper-division and transfer students who desire apartment-style living arrangements, Baylor features several choices spread across campus. All apartments are furnished and feature laundry facilities, free cable TV and high speed internet. Most apartments have kitchens and some are equipped with dishwashers.
The Arbors houses approximately 200 upper class females for the 2014-15 academic year and will accommodate bith male and female students for the 2015-16 academic year. The one and two bedroom apartments come fully furnished with movable furniture. The Arbors features a clubhouse with a big screen TV as well as an on-site laundry room.
Brooks Flats houses 321 upper class males and females. Each suite has a full kitchen, common area and private bathroom(s). There are laundry rooms on each floor and student mailboxes are located in the lobby. Brooks Flats is located near the Student Union Building, Baylor Bookstore, and Brooks Village parking structure.
The Fairmont complex houses 45 females. The apartments are one and two bedroom single occupancy and come fully furnished with moveable furniture. Fairmont is conveniently located near the Hankamer School of Business, Social Services Building, Student Life Center and Baylor Science Building. There is a washer and dryer located in each unit.
The Gables is an upper class residential community housing 28 males. These two-person fully furnished apartments are two stories and have two bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, and a full kitchen. They also feature a washer/dryer and patio in each unit. These apartments are conveniently located on the south side of campus, a few blocks from Waco Hall, Memorial residential restaurant and Draper Academic Building.
The North Village community houses 592 students in three buildings. Heritage House accommodates both male and female Fine Arts Living-Learning Center residents, while Texana and University House contains primarily first-year females for the 2014-15 academic year. Freshman male and female will call North Village home for the 2015-16 academic year as Texana will house first-year females and University House will house first-year male residents. This community is designed to fit your needs; suites come with or without a kitchen, sing or double occupancy rooms, and each floor has a laundry room and study area. North Village is conveniently located near Moody Library and the Dutton Parking Garage (aka Garage-Mahal as nicknamed by the students).
The University Parks complex houses upper-division and transfer students. The two, three, and four bedroom apartments are fully furnished. Additionally, a washer and dryer is located within each apartment. Each bedroom is single occupancy.
