For upper-division and transfer students who desire apartment-style living arrangements, Baylor features several choices spread across campus. All apartments are furnished and feature laundry facilities, free cable TV and high speed internet. Most apartments have kitchens and some are equipped with dishwashers.
The Arbors houses approximately 200 upper class males and females, as well as student athletes. The one and two bedroom apartments come fully furnished with movable furniture. The Arbors features a clubhouse with a big screen TV as well as an on-site laundry room.
Brooks Flats houses 321 upper class males and females. Each suite has a full kitchen, common area and private bathroom(s). There are laundry rooms on each floor and students receive their mail directly, at the front desk of the residential community. Located near the Student Union Building, Baylor Bookstore, and Brooks Village parking structure.
The Fairmont complex houses 45 males and females. The apartments are one and two bedroom single occupancy and come fully furnished with moveable furniture. Fairmont is conveniently located near the Hankamer School of Business, Social Services Building, Student Life Center and Baylor Science Building. There is a washer and dryer located in each unit.
The Gables is an upper class residential community housing 28 males and females. These two-person fully furnished apartments are two stories and have two bedrooms, 2 ˝ bathrooms, and a full kitchen. They also feature a washer/dryer and patio in each unit. These apartments are conveniently located on the south side of campus, a few blocks from Waco Hall, Memorial residential restaurant and Draper Academic Building.
The North Village community houses 592 upper class males and females in three buildings: Heritage House (male/female), Texana House (female), and University House (male). This community is designed to fit your needs; suites come with or without a kitchen, single or double occupancy rooms, and each floor has a laundry room and study area. North Village features its own café, Seasons 3:1 Sushi, and is conveniently located near Moody Library and the North Village parking structure.
The University Parks complex houses upper-division and transfer students. The two, three, and four bedroom apartments are fully furnished. Additionally, a washer and dryer is located within each apartment. Each bedroom is single occupancy.
