Because acceptance into Brooks College is competitive, a decision about your admission will be made based on the information you provide here. Please complete the application information below which includes an essay. It may be helpful to write the essay in Word or another text editor and paste it into the appropriate spaces so that you will not lose your data. THe application also requires that a reference submit a Brooks College Reference Form on your behalf. Your reference should be a teacher, counselor, employer, or minister who knows you well. To complete this application, you must provide the exact email address of one or two references. The reference form will automatically be sent to the email address you provide. Therefore, by filling out this form, you agree to allow Baylor to share personal information you provide on this form.
