Brent Froberg, Senior Lecturer in Classics

Brent Froberg (AB, MA, Indiana University; PhD, The Ohio State University ) is a recipient of the 1994 award for Excellence in the Teaching of Classics presented by the American Philological Association at its annual meeting. Dr. Froberg has also served Eta Sigma Phi as its executive secretary for 19 years, and now as an honorary trustee manages its endowment. He also serves as a consultant for the writing of the National Greek Examination. Dr. Froberg held academic appointments in Classics at the University of Tennessee and at the University of South Dakota before joining the faculty in Classics at Baylor University.
