Pay the SEVIS fee

• Access the SEVIS form I-901 online and print receipt
Baylor School Code: SNA214F00338000 (for I-20)
Exchange Visitor Program Number: P-1-01579 (for DS-2019)

• To print and mail in your I-901 form, access the PDF version

Schedule a visa appointment



Canadian Citizens:

You DO NOT need a visa to study in the U.S.
You DO need an I-20 or DS-2019 from Baylor
You MUST show your SEVIS fee receipt at entry into the U.S.
