Cultural Campus Conversations

Join us as our antique popcorn machine pops FREE POPCORN in the Center for International Education select Friday afternoons at 3 p.m. in Poage Library student lounge (on the second floor).

All international students, their PAWS U.S. partners and Global Living and Learning students are invited to hear some of Baylor's finest professors and faculty members present culture discussion topics:

  • World religions
  • Islam in the U.S.
  • U.S. etiquette
  • International economics
  • Capitalism
  • U.S. government
  • Music in culture
  • Other special events and personalities that might be visiting Baylor


We also participate in the historical exhibits that are offered at the Poage Library first floor museum.

Popcorn and Culture is a GREAT TIME for an international student to meet great professors for informal, small group cultural discussions!
