Program Registration:

Each student must individually apply to the exchange school in order to be accepted. Also, the student must complete and submit a Program Participation Form to Ms. Catlin in order to attend as an approved Baylor student.

Deadlines:

You must turn in the Study Abroad Application Packet to the Study Abroad office by these dates: October 30th for a spring semester, March 1st for summer session, and April 1st for a fall semester

Course Selection:

Each student must register for courses at the exchange school and at Baylor University. You can register at Baylor by submitting an Equivalent Course Approval Form to International Student and Scholar Services in Poage Library before the deadline. The ISSS will register you for your Baylor equivalencies with an IE (international exchange) section. You must also register at the exchange school by submitting an application and following the necessary requirements according to that program

Majors/Courses Available:

All majors available; some courses include international studies, english, enviromental science, geography, history, philosophy, politics, psychology, architecture, fine arts, television and imaging, primary education, social work, accounting, business finance, forensic science, medicine, law, biology, and physics

Registration Fees:

Each student will pay all tuition costs directly to Baylor as if they were on campus. Check with Dundee's office of International Student Support Services to see if additional fees are required.

Housing Procedures:

Each student is required to coordinate their own housing arrangements according to the options available at the exchange university.

Housing Options:

Students can apply for catered housing (with meal plan) or self-catering (shared kitchen facilities). All students are housed in single study bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms. Application forms, with a choice of accommodations, are sent to students with their admission letter.

Health Procedures:

Each student is required to complete a health and legal release before departure (available from the Program Director one week before finals). Also, each student is required to carry HTH International Health Insurance. Please see EXCHANGE 101 for more details.

Official Transcript:

While you are abroad you must request for your official transcript to be sent to Baylor in order to receive credit for your courses. Location to send transcript:

Each student is responsible for their own transportation, including airfare.
