Kim joined Baylor in 1998, after teaching and coaching (varsity tennis, softball, and golf) in Midway ISD, serving as athletic director at Kanakuk Kamps (K2) in Missouri for seven years, and working at the Ferrell Center for ten years.
Kim has directed the Christian Leadership Institute at Baylor University for the past six years. She has also been very involved with Leadership initiatives across campus and has traveled to Kenya, Rwanda, Morocco, Turkey, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, and England working with students in various leadership settings.
She holds Baylor degrees in education, business, and exercise physiology and a PhD in Educational Administration from Texas A&M. She loves the great outdoors and lives in a log cabin out on family land. She enjoys walking, hiking, golf, college sports and snow skiing. Her encouragement is to pray daily, encourage freely, laugh frequently, love fully, and live intentionally.
Clint Patterson
Clint came to Baylor in the fall of 2001 as a freshman. He joined the Chamber of Commerce and became a Bear Trainer for the Baylor Bear Mascot Program where he has worked with live bears for the past seven years. He came to work for Baylor part-time in May of 2007 and full-time in September of 2008. Clint's favorite past-times are golf, training live bears for the mascot program and spending time with friends and family.
