• StrengthsFinder, is a revolutionary inventory from The Gallup Organization that focuses students on strengths rather than weaknesses. The strengths philosophy leads each student in a discovery of his or her natural talents and how to develop those talents into strengths. The student learns how to succeed by making effective decisions that enable him or her to balance the demands of class work with extra-curricular activities.
