Students need to arrive between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 18th.
Release time will be on Sunday, June 21st at 12 noon.

  • Travel:

    Driving: Waco, TX is located on Interstate 35. It is 100 miles south of Dallas and 100 north of Austin.

    Flying: There are connecting flights into Waco Regional Airport from Dallas and Houston.

    Arriving from Bush Airport in Houston, the connecting flights are on Continental and Sky West.

    Arriving from DFW Airport in Dallas, the connecting flights are on American Eagle.Transportation will be provided to and from Waco Regional Airport.All other transportation during the Christian Leadership Institute is included in the cost of the institute.

    Ground Transportation: From Dallas DFW to Waco van transportation may be arranged on the Waco Streak. Contact them at: (254) 772-0430 or (800) 460-0430.

  • Money:

    • No money necessary – all expenses are included in cost.
    Students may bring money for souvenirs/gifts at the Baylor Bookstore.

  • What to Bring:

    Clothes
    Institute: casual attire
    Recreational: t-shirts, shorts, and tennis shoes
    Bedding for single bed
    Towels
    Toiletries
    Bible
    Notebook
    Pen/Pencil
    Pillow
