For many decades the Church Music program at Baylor has played a principal role in providing key leadership for all facets of Christian music. In Baylor's Christian context the desire to serve in a leadership role in church music is valued and respected. Baylor has a community of faculty and students who share in the distinctive challenges that are faced by beginner and veteran church musicians.

With your support, Baylor University's Center for Christian Music Studies is poised to become a comprehensive entity that engages all that comprises Christian music for both the Baylor community and Christian music professionals across the globe.

The time is right to build up the Center for Christian Music Studies at Baylor University. Baylor's Center for Christian Music Studies was established in 1984 with a modest endowment and continues to encourage students and professionals interested in Christian music. However, Baylor needs to do more.

As the world's largest Baptist university, Baylor is a leader, and people are looking to us to lead in the area of Christian Music. Our impressive School of Music, coupled with George W.
