Winner of the Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors- International (ACCED-I)2007 National Institutional Achievement Award, the CEM department of Baylor University has been recognized for excellence.

The BES department is also nationally certified as a One Stop Shop organization and the staff are all experienced and courteous professionals. The staff believe to ensure the best possible results it is essential to work closely with each constituent to appropriately meet their logistical management needs. By working with the friendly staff at BES on your next conference you will feel confident that seasoned event professionals will handle the various areas of your logistical management allowing you time to work on your programs content.

The BES staff at Baylor University are experienced in working with both internal and external clients to successfully manage the logistical design of their conference experience. The BES department assists with all external conferences at Baylor University and may support internal Baylor departments in their planning of conferences on campus or at any other site worldwide. Logistical management is available for many areas of conference planning including facility reservations, audio visual assistance, food service and much more.
