External Events

Interested in having your special event at Baylor University? You have come to the right place. The BES department assists with all external events that take place at Baylor from business meetings and family reunions to showers, banquets and everything in between.

Unsure if your event is considered external? If it is not being funded and run by either a sanctioned Baylor student organization or a Baylor department then it is external. Even as a student or faculty/staff member of Baylor if the event is not being paid for and run through your student group or department it is external.

Now that is settled...if you already know exactly what location and date you need you may submit a request using the appropriate link and after review you will be contacted about availability. If you have an idea for your event but are not certain or you just need suggestions please contact the CEM department directly and one of the experienced event professionals will be happy to help you.
