Schedule a Summer Program

150 camp

Baylor University could be the perfect site for your next Summer camp or conference.

Baylor University located along the I-35 corridor in the heart of central Texas hosts over 11,000 youth and adult participants each Summer. With Summer Programs varying in size and type we can help you determine if Baylor is the right location for your next Summer Program.

The CAP Form is now turned on and the request deadline is 8:00am Monday January 23rd, 2011. Space will fill quickly so please submit your CAP on time.

The first step in requesting to hold your Summer Program at Baylor in 2012 will require you to complete a Campus Access Proposal or CAP. The CAP is due for submission January 23rd, 2012. After submission, your CAP will be reviewed and you will be sent confirmation it was received. Please be aware confirmations of housing, facilities, etc. will be made during March and early April.

Please keep in mind that a completed CAP does not guarantee you space or dates on campus and that no reservation is finalized until you have been contracted in late spring 2012 or approximately 30 days prior to your groups arrival. Please contact the BES department with any additional questions.
