BearBucks™ NEW BearBucks™ may now be purchased online by logging into the E-Bill system and choosing the Deposits link in the gray bar near the top of the page. There is no need to contact the Cashier's Office after completing the transaction.

BearBucks™

BearBucks™ is an optional prepaid account available to students for on and off campus purchases at participating locations. It works like a debit card, allowing you to make purchases around campus without having to carry cash.

A minimum amount of $50 is required to establish the account. You may add BearBucks™ online at the E-Bill website via echeck, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. (There is a 2.75% convenience fee assessed for credit card payments). After logging into the E-bill system with your Baylor ID# and PIN (authorized users, use your email address and password), choose the Deposits link in the gray bar near the top of the page and follow the instructions. There is no need to contact the Cashier's Office after completing the transaction.

Or, you may mail a check to our office. Identify that it is for BearBucks™ and include your student ID number on the check. Present your ID at any of the locations accepting BearBucks™ and the amount of the purchase will be deducted from your BearBucks™ "account".

IMPORTANT: Although there is no maximum, do not deposit more in the account than you anticipate needing for the semester because NO REFUNDS are allowed until you graduate or permanently withdraw from Baylor. However, balances do carry over from one semester (or summer term) to the next.

A lost or stolen card must be reported immediately. Please logon here to deactivate your card. Or call the ID office at 710-1965 or the Cashier's Office at 710-2311 immediately upon discovery. Cardholders will be limited to liability of $50 if a lost or stolen card is reported within two business days. If a lost or stolen card is not reported within two business days, liability could be up to $500.
