Canvas Tier One Support
Baylor subscribes to Instructure's Tier One 24x7 phone support. Please call (844) 334-0228 for immediate assistance.
Faculty, staff and students will be able to chat directly with Canvas support representatives, in addition to being able to call a dedicated phone number at the time most convenient to them to get one-on-one assistance from Canvas.
This new service will be in addition to the support normally provided by our Electronic Library and Baylor Help Desk. Please read below to learn how to use Tier One support.

Select the appropriate support service in the following menu. Users may search the Canvas user guides, submit a ticket to Instructure, chat directly with an Instructure support representative, or call support directly:
To get help with issues requiring the assistance of a Baylor Canvas support admin, please call the Help Desk at (254) 710-HELP or use our chat page to contact a BU Canvas support tech directly during normal business hours.
Canvas Office Hours
Canvas support personnel from the Electronic Library will be present in either Jones or Moody Library for a few hours one day per week to assist faculty, staff, and students with Canvas. Walk-in appointments are welcome! To learn more about the days, times, and locations of Canvas Office Hours, visit human resource's list of training seminars. NOTE: You do not have to register to attend Canvas Office Hours.
